All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Please understand that due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipment delays. Shipping rate will be calculated automatically upon Checkout. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when order has been confirmed and shipped, along with your tracking number. Returns are accepted if mailed within 7 (seven) days upon receiving the package. We only offer and accept exchange of regular priced items in a form of store credit with value amounting the selling price of the returned product(s). You may use the credit to place another order, only manually through WhatsApp. There is a one year expiration date in your store credit.
Products must remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Sale, pre-orders, discounted and markdown items are non-returnable and non exchangeable. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us.
