  • What is my order status?
    You will get an email confirmation after your payment is succesful. If you have an account with us, you can check and manage your order through the account.
  • Where is my order confirmation?
    After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also check under my orders if you have an account with us. If you do not receive it, please contact us via Whatsapp.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone.
  • Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
    Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing. Please contact us via Whatsapp to be further assisted.
  • How can I track my order?
    Tracking will be provided by shipping carriers. An automated message with your tracking number will be sent to your email once order is sent.
  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Do you ship outside Indonesia?
    Unfortunately, we only ship within Indonesia. However, we have payment methods available for you to purchase outside Indonesia.
  • When will the orders be shipped after payment confirmation?
    Order will be processed 2-5 days after payment is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship during public holidays and weekends.
  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    we use Anteraja as our shipping carrier.
  • Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
    Shipping estimates are provided by Anteraja. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  • What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
    

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. You are responsible to file the claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages, damaged items and delays.
  • Are your items ready stock?
    Yes! All our items on the website is ready stock. Frequent drops, limited stock.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept variety of payment methods: Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata) Credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB) eWallet (Dana, LinkAja, OVO) QR Code (QRIS) Our payment getaway is powered by Xendit.
  • Can I use my credit card?
    Yes you can use your credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard & JCB.
  • Do you process refunds back through the credit card?
    We currently do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Refunds are in a form of store credit. Please head over to our Returns & Exchanges FAQ.
  • Can I return or exchange my item?
    We do not issue cash refunds. However, you can get store credits for items you wish to return. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy page before contacting us.
  • What is your returns & exchanges policy?
    We only accept store credits. We do not issue cash returns We do not accept size exchanges Goods to be exchanged has to be sent back to us within 7 (seven) days after the order was delivered Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Sale, pre-orders, discounted (using coupon code) and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us. We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
  • What is you policy for defective item?
    Our team will send you a new item or issue you store credit to your account after you have completed the return. To be eligible, you must provide us with video proof that the product is defective. Please ALWAYS record an unboxing video.
  • What if the product is damaged during shipping?
